Sunrise and Sunset

Depending on session selection kick start your day or wind it up with invigorating exercise using interval style training, functional and core strengthening activities to awaken, strengthen, tone and relax your body and mind. 60 min session

Boxing 

Sessions focused on improving your strength and aerobic conditioning through boxing drills. Fast paced and great for stress relief! Mixed gender sessions available.  45 min session Fri

Endurance

A tough session especially good for those who wish to be challenged with their fitness – fairly high level of fitness required. Great for those who participate in a lot of endurance events. 60 min session

 

Sat Blitz

A total body workout run on a casual booking basis each week. Suits all fitness levels. An excellent way to start your weekend or to add an extra training session to your week. Optional social cuppa at the end of the session. 60 min session

Babes with babes

For Mums with Bubs - Sessions focused on creating beautiful baby bodies before and after the event! Specific pre and post natal program delivered by qualified trainers. Our sessions are now affiliated with Babes with babes www.babesfitness.com.au Locations: Mosman, Freshwater, Manly and Narrabeen - safe and secure indoor childcare available! More locations coming soon! Please Email info@babesfitness.com.au for more information.

 

Locations

All sessions include a warm up and cool down. Numbers for each session will be limited.

Manly Area

Sessions run at various locations around Manly, Queenscliff and Freshwater

Mosman

Sessions run at Balmoral Beach and Mosman

Other Beaches - Freshwater, Curl Curl, Dee Why, Collaroy, Narrabeen, Mona Vale

Sessions can be set up at other beach locations. Got 6 friends - get your own session going close to you! Please contact PinkFit to discuss your options.

 

Cost

Group training normally operates on an 8-12 week series with some packages including a bonus session. Series packages include:

  • 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week

$250 To be completed over  2 concurrent series (no bonus available)
*Sessions may be casually booked based on availability

 

For 1-2 sessions per week = $18.00 per session or less with bonus session
For 3 or more sessions per week – less than $17.00 per session (depending on Series length)

If you are unable to attend a session, makeup sessions are available within your series dependent on available spots. Conditions apply.

Contact us for series start dates. In most circumstances it is possible to commence mid-series.

Personal training

PinkFit offers personal one-on-one outdoor training around the
Northern Beaches. Home and work based training is also available.

Each client receives an initial goal setting, body-composition analysis; wellness and nutritional review, plus initial and ongoing fitness assessments.

PinkFit uses a wide variety of fitness and resistance training techniques using bodyweight, weights, resistance tubes, boxing equipment, medicine and fitballs, to motivate and achieve results.

PinkFit personal training specialises in female fitness, partner training, disabled client training, motivation for weight loss, strength development using core strengthening and resistance training, posture correction, and injury rehabilitation.
