After recently living and playing professional rugby in Japan, Josh is back on the northern beaches. Before going overseas, he operated his own personal training business, performing over 30 hours per week of one on one, couples, groups, and boxing sessions.
Josh has been involved with representative sport for over 15 years. He’s been trained by the best and with the best in sports. Josh has also represented Australia in Rugby 7's on international tours and at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
With his combined knowledge and experience in the health and sport industry Josh offers his client's the best advice, fun and enjoyable sessions and most importantly - success in achieving their goals. From the first consultation he provides the knowledge and motivation to achieve those goals.
Alana spent 4 years in the United States on a scholarship playing college basketball at the Division 1 level in Florida. Since returning to Australia she has worked at Nine Network Australia with the Wide World of Sport to Promotions. Before heading overseas she was involved in the basketball skill development and coaching within Manly Warringah Basketball Association.
She has also run training sessions in local schools and coached at SCEGS Redlands and Kincoppal High School. She then ventured into more schools through working for Coach Approach allowing her to coach children in a variety of sports including athletics, volleyball, soccer and European handball. She designed and ran Kindy Sport program for young children at Giltinan’s Tennis Centre along with running holiday camps and tennis coaching.
Mysan is currently working as a fitness trainer, kayak instructor and yoga teacher. She has over 10 years of international experience in outdoor training and numerous fitness instructor roles, including water gymnastics, boxing and spinning. Her 8 years as a professional snowboarder gives her a thorough understanding of what pushing the human body to its limits can do.
Mysan's sound anatomical knowledge and experience with bodies of all shapes, sizes and condition ensures she places great emphasis on building core strength and conducting exercises with proper alignment. She combines her love of fitness, health and yoga with a holistic approach and positive energy to provide balanced training for the body, mind and soul.
